"REFRESH is a resource of St Thomas’ Church, Kendal. It is especially aimed at church leaders and their teams but is also relevant to any disciple of Jesus seeking a time of refreshment and renewal in the midst of the everyday busyness and rush of life. These 'Refresh' days are open to all Christian disciples of all types, flavours and denominations!

The next REFRESH day is on SATURDAY MAY 22nd 2010 from 10am – 5pm. The cost is £10 per person which includes everything including a sumptuous lunch.
