Engage!, the National Certificate in Christian Youth Work, is a course designed for those who are involved in youth work or youth ministry in their spare-time, part-time, gap year or full-time. It combines training days with youth work, study and reflection and can lead through to the nationally accredited Youth Support Worker Level 3 qualification. Engage has been created by the Centre for Youth Ministry to meet the needs of those who are involved in Christian youth work or youth ministry and want to learn more about it.
From September 09, STK will be launching and hosting a regional Engage centre in Kendal, on behalf of the Diocese of Carlisle for the benefit of youth workers and young people across Cumbria. For more detailed information of the course click here and an Application form click here.
